The infrared saunas are awesome! I feel so detoxed and relaxed afterward. You will really sweat, depending on the heat level and your own body. I’ve been doing this 3x a week for a few weeks and I feel it has improved my mood, during this often bleak cold weather, and my skin. The space is very clean and aesthetic and the vibe is very positive. The staff are very friendly and helpfully. I recommend!👍

Great local spot with some of the best massage therapists! Front desk is always friendly and helpful. I've also had great experiences with sauna and float sessions. Tip: Book massages 1-2 months in advance to get popular times, it's easy to do on their website. If your schedule is open you can probably find an opening within the next week

Front desk staff were very positive and patient and proactive. Shawn who gave me a massage was excellent! It was the best massage I've ever had and helped a lot with wrist pain I had been experiencing for some time. I appreciated his calm energy, attention to detail, and expertise.

Professional staff. Caring. Good service! Great benefit to health. Highly recommended for many reasons. Sensory tank filled with salt feels like floating in glass of champagne in outer space! I'd love to find out how much it costs to sleep the whole night in it. Ha!

it's an amazing place and can be so lucrative to the community in healing if only the owners nurtured and cared about their staff better. 'The staff' could then in return give that to the customer base thus improving customer retention and happiness. Customers like consistency especially in a healing environment and the constant high staff turnover gives you a bad feeling & doesn't make one feel good about supporting this business.
